Qingyuan Mountain is in Qingyuan District, Ji'an City, and is the birthplace of the Qingyuan lineage of Chan Buddhism, with Jingju Temple as its ancestral court. Meibei Ancient Village is in Wenbei Town, Qingyuan District, and was founded in the Southern Song dynasty; it is an important carrier of Luling culture.
